WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE

Before you make a purchase there are few things we would like to clarify as the followings so that we are on the same page regarding the products, payment, cancellation policy and shipping. 

 

1.Items on Site

All items on site are NOT from LEGO  We sell clones from various brands made in china, and make it very clear in all our descriptions, titles and photo illustrations. 

 

2.  Order Cancellation

To make it simple, Jeremy will send u a text msg either on whatsapp or email, or u can send confirmation msg to us via the contacts on the homepage. So just in case, this will help avoid hassles and complains.

 

3. Shipping, Order Processing and ETA date.

1.To USA,To Canada:5-15 days (USPS or DHL,UPS,Fedex)

2.To Europe:

①Parcels to HR,NO,FI,BE,UK,FR,AT,NL,GE,via dhl is noramlly fast with no tariff.5-8 days;Postal service 10-25 days.

②Parcels to ES,PT,IR,HU,SE,DK SI, DE,via dhl,it might cost you 20-30 euros accoding to the estimation by customs,the worst case,the customs will destroy your order typicalling in DE,so the postal service is suggested or safe method confirmed by us,unless u specifiy you would risk it using dhl for faster delivery.5-20 days ups/postal carriers,or 5-8 days via dhl.

3.To Japan Singapore or Malaysia,Chile there is normally no tariff bcs of the free trade agreenment.2-10 days.

4.To Israel and UAE,there is normally no tax via dhl or aramax,And UAE customs would only charge alitttle worth few usd at times,which might not be an issue to worry about.3-7 days.

5.To Australia and New zeland:

① Australia gov starts to charge more tax on the item imported items,which is a must and not avoidable,its called GST(Goods and service tax) by 10%,Figuring out to help folks pay less or We would cover the cost.

②NZ customs check parcels for forbidden items like drugs and plants organs etc,no tariff normally.

there are still some other nations not metioned here,bcs there is low demand,but you can also contact J for learning the details and purchasing.

Please note the date mentioned is NOT calendar date but "business days" excluding weekends and public holidays. 

 

4. Packing 

 DO NOT ship with original box normally,except for contacting Jeremy.

All orders are sent in sealed plain paper cartons wrapped in tapes or bubblewrap in yellow tapes.  

All sets are sent WITH phsysicala instructions(Might split the order according to the buyers destionation )

 

5. Order Tracking

We will send order fulfillment e-mail after your order has been processed. 

We will update shipping information via e-mail once a tracking number is updated. 

All orders can be tracked on line at universal tracking site 17track.net/en ,  corresponding couriers like FEDEX, USPS, TNT, YODEL, etc,once the parcel arrives the destination country,u can track on their official sites.

6. Refund policy:

For the timely and safety delivery of your order, please be very specific about your shipping information. Please note the following situations will NOT apply to refunds.

1.DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS, ABSENCE OR UNREACHABLE PHONE NUMBER, WRONG POSTAL CODE(ZIP CODE), OR ANY INCORRECT OR UNCLEAR INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR SHIPPING ADDRESS.

2.DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO MAIL THEFT OR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY TO P.O. BOX ADDRESS.(P.O.BOX is not accpeted by DHL)

3.OVER DUE PICK-UP TIME AT POSTAL OFFICE.

4. For U.S. customers, please use the postal code as specific as possible. Please use Zip Code 5 Plus 4 instead of just Zip Code 5 to avoid un-recognizable delivery address.  Because arranging re-delivery will be asked  for double postage. 


7.Replacment/Missing Pieces:

It takes time to Source replacement is a well known complain by many folks, because Lepin factory's capacity is not big enough, but there are more and more new sets to be released, it takes them longer than ever to send distributors the replacements, Regarding this situation, we have been trying kinds of ways to get it faster. So it will be nice if You can understand it takes some time.

When dealing with missing pieces, we would like you to open all the bags, because Lepin makes mistakes sometimes and misplaces some pieces in wrong bags, continue building the model until you completely stop, go through the rest of the instruction manual, record the missing pieces by picture and quantity, and let us know. and we only going to ship missing pieces once, because shipping costs money too.

Complete - Your order is well packed and ready to be shipped
Shipped - Your order is shipped, our system should send you an email contains tracking number
